It’s that time of year again and we’re looking forward to the 28th Annual Visitor Hotline, a free service that answers questions from visitors and local residents regarding the Rose Parade, Rose Bowl Game, New Year's activities and more! If you have questions regarding parking, hotels, New Year's events, Rose Parade, Rose Bowl Game and post parade activities, give us a call or facebook your questions.
The Visitor Hotline will run December 30, 2011 – January 3, 2012.
Visitor Hotline Hours are:
December 30- 8am to 7pm
December 31- 8am to 7pm
January 1- 8am to 4pm
January 2- 8am to 4pm
January 3- 8am to 4pm
The Visitor Hotline is staffed by many volunteers that provide a valuable service to our visitors, residents and hospitality community. We answer an average of 16,000 calls per year.
